Room reservations will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis until Monday, May 31, 2010. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rate. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. This deposit is refundable if notice is received by 6:00 pm on day of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
